Despite this being Craig’s first solo conference talk with
his own material, this innovative talk addresses many of the key
transformational problems affecting all levels of major organisations – lack of
an adaptable strategy, transparency of decision making, weighing up different
options effectively and quantitatively, forecasting to a meaningful horizon,
regular adaption and re-evaluation and not having a strategy than is little
more than a static to-do list. In bringing alignment to the whole organisation
through adaptive strategy connected to roadmaps and inviting feedback,
organisations will be less likely to find themselves in dead end strategies and
disrupted out of the marketplace.
