Cuatrecasas tracks €200m rail bond

The Portuguese arm of Cuatrecasas Goncalves Pereira has acted for national rail company Comboios de Portugal (CP) on a €200m bond. The Eurobonds were registered on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and mature in 2030. Cuatrecasas worked for CP through Maria Joao Ricou while Vieira de Almeida represented the underwriters, Deutsche Bank.
